Engagement model

How we price work

We work in cycles or at a fixed price, depending on scope and how you prefer to fund the work. Each arrangement is priced from the scope we agree on together.

How cycles work

Web Content Cycle

Create or improve website content and analyze site data to measure what is working and where the next improvement should focus.

Social Content Cycle

Create or improve social posts and review social metrics so every piece of content is informed by what the audience has already responded to.

Email Content Cycle

Create or improve email campaigns and review email reporting to refine messaging, timing, and audience segmentation over time.

Technology Cycle

Development work such as new features, library updates, or infrastructure changes that move the product forward in a defined, reviewable scope.

Maintenance Cycle

Often structured on a recurring basis so we review data, monitor for issues, and recommend the next prioritized actions before problems compound.

Discovery Cycle

A scoped planning engagement to define requirements, architecture, and sequencing before build work begins, so execution starts with a clear map.

One team, one scope

Every cycle, regardless of type, is backed by US-based staff. There are no offshore substitutes and no handoffs to a subcontractor your team has not met. The people who plan the work are the people who do the work.

Engineering and marketing cycles can run in parallel when the program calls for it. If your situation requires a new feature and a campaign to support its launch, then both efforts can be scoped and executed by the same team on the same timeline, without a translation layer between the two disciplines.

The engagement can be structured as one statement of work that covers an entire program, or as sequential cycles that allow you to fund and approve work in stages. We will outline both options in plain language so you can choose the structure that works best for your team and budget.

Request an estimate

Share what you are working on and we will return a scoped estimate based on your actual requirements. There is no obligation attached to the conversation, and we will tell you plainly if a project is outside what we do well.

If you are ready to start that conversation, then will you reach out through our contact page and describe what you need?
