We are a United States company that has delivered software engineering, marketing, and web design from one accountable team since 2013.
Corsair Media Group helps owners who need both reliable software and results-driven marketing, and who want both delivered by the same team rather than coordinated across separate vendors. This page covers how we began, how we structure work, and what we believe about the way professional services should be done.
How we started
Corsair Media Group began in New Jersey in 2013 as a side project alongside corporate software work at a big-data firm. The early work was technical: software architecture, data pipelines, and integrations for organizations with complex requirements. That foundation shaped how we approach every engagement today.
The company later relocated to Purcellville, Virginia. The move was intentional, grounded in a preference for a smaller community and a clearer sense of who we serve. Since then we have worked with both small businesses and larger organizations, and the range of that experience informs how we size and structure work for clients at every stage.
Marketing and software together
Most agencies split software from marketing. One firm builds the product and another runs the campaigns, and the client is left managing the gap between them. Corsair keeps both disciplines under one team, which means there is no translation layer between engineering decisions and marketing strategy.
In practice, that means the person scoping a feature understands what the campaign team needs from it, and the person writing campaign copy understands how the product works. When both efforts are planned together, the results are more coherent and the timeline is shorter than when two separate teams have to align after the fact.
We have worked with small businesses and large organizations on serious programs, including substantial web applications and integrations for established brands. Corsair can serve as the software architect, the technical product lead, and the marketing team on the same engagement when your situation calls for that coverage.
