I grew up in Chester. My family’s ties here go back years through Orange Street, middle school, and a town where people still know each other’s names. Chester Springs was a lake long before my time; older generations watched it drained and turned into a strip mall. I only know it through pictures, and I have always felt the loss. I wish we still had that lake. If the photo shop downtown behind Taylor’s Ice Cream is still there, then it helps preserve a piece of that history where people can see it.

My dad ran a small business out of Chester for a long time and worked in Mendham, Basking Ridge, and towns like them. I originally formed Corsair in Morris County, and today I still work with clients in Basking Ridge and Bernardsville.
